Christmas In Heaven

I had a dream the other night
It was all so very clear
My Angel Jason in my dreams
was telling me to hear
I know you love and miss me
But I'm not here alone
I met a friend named Michael
who sees his Mom at home
Crying on this Christmas
Missing him so much
He talks to her all the time
and loves her very much
He's up on high in Heaven
and Jesus Christ is here
So we celebrate his birthday
Waiting for her here.

In Heaven

Somewhere up in heaven
a son is peering down
sending love and wishes
to his lovely mom.

Feel his love surround you
now December time is here
he wishes he was with you
to brush away your tear.

Although you look for him
and hear him in your head
you know he's really gone
and the holidays you dread.

But take time to listen
hear nature and God's call
and know he never left you
as love can conquer all.

At the Christmas table
there will be an empty chair
but although the body's gone
you'll feel his spirit there.

So while things are different
and pain consumes your heart
know mother and son share a bond
that mere death cannot break apart.
