Michael,
I wish you were here so I could hug you and tell you to have a great 40th. But you have been taken from me and I will never be able to hug you and tell you that. Pam and I had such big plans for your 40th birthday. We were planning it last year. You know son, I can look back and remember you telling how much fun being 40 would be. But you also told me you wouldn't see your 40th. Son, this is tearing my heart out not having you here. But I know you are happy and at peace now. You will never feel pain or suffering again. Enjoy your birthday with all your new angel friends you have met. And I know you will have all angels whos moms are now my dearest friends.
